Family Legacy House

What an incredible project. The homeowners purchased this house on the beautiful bay of Lake Michigan. The existing house was completely gutted and remodeled. The varying heights of the new vs prior foundation made the backyard patio heights challenging; but our team made it happen. Huge hardscape project, with raised retaining wall patio, firepit with seatwall, outdoor kitchen with granite countertop, plantings around house, irrigiation, and finished it off with a sodded lawn.
